Lefkas Wedding story: 3 day celebration for Claudia & Robin

We begin with the love story of Claudia & Robin who met but were living in different countries. Realising that they had found something special, Claudia agreed to move from Germany to Holland, initially not speaking the language or with job or knowing many people there. It turned out to be the best decision she ever made!

With 50 guests to entertain, the pre-wedding party we arranged at Mama Mia, Nidri. An evening of fun with great food, Greek music and dancing. Everyone was up dancing and getting into the wedding spirit for the next day nuptials!

The wedding day began early afternoon at Seaside Restaurant, Geni where the couple married on the terrace by the sea. The celebration was followed by champagne and cookies the bride had baked herself, stamped with ‘Love’.

Guests enjoyed the afternoon at Seaside with champagne, canapés and wedding cake. This was topped by a brilliant caricature minature of the couple!

As Lefkada is so diverse and some guests were only staying for a few nights, Claudia & Robin wanted to give the guests a flavour of the whole island. So the evening celebration was held up at T’aloni in Xortata on the West coast.

Dinner included range of delicious homemade mezedes and main courses of octopus, sea bream and traditional roast lamb. All the food was prepared by chef and owner Teo Voukelatos.

The guests dined out on the balcony which had a fantastic sunset as the backdrop. Dinner was followed by music, dancing and fireworks until late!

The day after…
To make sure everyone could relax afterwards, we arranged a midday departure for a beach bbq cruise with our lovely friends at the Ionian Star.
Guests chilled on the beach, swimming and snorkling before cruising the islands and visting Meganisi for ice cream!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment together with you! Again, thanks a lot in particular to Claire who organised these unforgettable days for us.
