Parga & Sivota

For 2017 onwards we are delighted to showcase two new destinations; Parga and Sivota. The Epirus coastline of mainland of Greece has bewitching coastline where these two pretty locations are waiting for you to host your unforgettable wedding and celebration moments.

Bordered by iridescent waters of the Ionian Sea and glimpses of the nearby islands of Corfu and Paxos both the little towns of Parga and Sivota has boundless Greek charm and natural beauty. All this is easily accessed from Preveza airport only 1 hour drive away.

The pretty resort of Parga is worth a look for its vibrant seafront lined with pastel-coloured houses, Venetian hilltop castle and bustling bars and restaurants…. its charming natural setting, the focal point of which is the tiny island of Panagia, located just offshore, and its terracotta-topped church.” Telegraph Travel

Parga is a crescent shaped harbour of traditional, multi coloured town houses clustered up the hillside. Tiny narrow streets, wind invitingly through the houses up to the castle and down to glorious Valtos beach on the other side.

Parga Castle

Since 11th Century Parga has had a fortress to protect the town and the current Venetian castle which overlooks the town and Panagia’s island is a historic and atmospheric location for your wedding ceremony. The wonderful views will captivate your guests and the tall pine trees offer natural shade in the warm summer months.

We are delighted to work with Villa Rossa at Krioneri beach, originally a beach of house of a wealthy tobacco importer with the former store house behind converted to a boutique hotel. It enjoys a vista of the harbour and castle which is picturesque day and evening. They focus on a high standard of cuisine and pride themselves on locally sourced recipes and ingredients.

Sivota has its own small archipelago off tiny islands with beaches and sail boats dotted amongst them. It is a well kept luxury secret on the Epirus coastline being easily accessed from Preveza and Corfu airports.

“Hire a boat in the seaside resort of Sivota to visit the verdant string of islets that lie just offshore. This mini archipelago is home to a number of beaches, the most popular of which is Piscina for its crystalline waters, and hidden coves in which to drop anchor. ” Telegraph Travel

For weddings it offers small luxury hotel stays, exquisite villas, over six beaches and a bustling harbour front in the evenings to explore and relax with your family and friends.
